Trauma-Informed Leaders Cohort

The Trauma-Informed Leaders Cohort is a flagship eight-week training program within the Passion2Plant Network. It prepares pastors, ministry leaders, chaplains, organizers, and faith-based practitioners to recognize trauma, lead responsibly, and cultivate ministry environments that prioritize safety, trust, and dignity.

Passion2Plant Network
Leadership Formation for Holistic Ministry
The Passion2Plant (P2P) Network is a core CCHM formation program that equips faith leaders to develop ministries that are spiritually grounded, community-centered, and justice-oriented. P2P serves leaders at multiple stages of ministry development, with particular attention to church planting, urban missions, and community-based engagement.

Credentialing Training

The Credentialing Training Program, offered through CCHM’s Education Department, serves individuals seeking credentials who do not have formal theological training. The program provides essential foundations in Christian theology, CCHM’s faith commitments, and holistic ministry praxis.
