Passion2Plant Network
Trauma-Informed Leaders Cohort
Leadership that heals. Spaces that restore. Ministry that does not harm.
The Passion2Plant (P2P) Network Trauma-Informed Leaders Cohort is a flagship training program of the Council of Holistic Christian Churches & Ministries (CCHM). This cohort is designed for leaders who are committed to creating safe, life-giving environments—and to examining how leadership styles, systems, and ministry cultures can unintentionally retraumatize those they serve.
In a world shaped by collective trauma, faith leaders must be equipped not only to preach hope, but to embody safety, wisdom, and care.
About the Cohort
This eight-week, facilitated cohort equips ministry leaders, pastors, organizers, chaplains, and faith-based practitioners with practical, trauma-informed frameworks that strengthen both personal leadership and organizational culture.
Participants will learn how to:
Recognize trauma responses in individuals and communities
Lead without retraumatizing through language, power, or environment
Build ministry spaces rooted in safety, trust, and dignity
Integrate trauma-informed practices into faith-based leadership
Align pastoral care, justice work, and community engagement with healing-centered approaches
This cohort is ideal for leaders working in churches, ministries, nonprofits, urban missions, and community-based settings.
